SHIFT: a kundalini yoga experience

Kundalini Yoga; is the yoga of awareness and a major catalyst in creating a SHIFT in whatever we crave. This class is a one hour experience of meditation, breath awareness and kriya (physical shifters), it is a type of yoga that everyone can experience at any and every level. All you need to have is an open mind. Start your year off with a practice to SHIFT, create some space and play in freedom. Wear comfy clothes, come solo, bring friends, your yoga mat and your fav cushion (though not needed, we will have some props!).

Restore: a slow flow yoga experience

Slow flow is an experience and practice for all levels, all bodies, all humans designed to relax, rejuvenate and restore because we all need a bit of time to fill up our cups. This is a gentle practice of easeful movements guided by the breath to help release stress and tension followed by a long savasana. Be comfy, come as you are, this class is meant to feel as easy going and as soft as your most fav sweatpants on a chilly day.

Fear, its a thing, something that comes with us every time we step outside of our comfort zones, or when our cozy comfortable reality gets challenged… and its REAL! Winter Solstice is the most magical time of the year, where we introduce the light back into our lives surrounded in nature. This practice is a slow, restorative class full of rejuvenating goodness in a cabin at Fort Whyte Alive followed by some time fireside. This is a beautiful practice to slow down turning what can be a very busy time of year. Come solo, bring friends, bring family, all are welcome.

Slow flow practice with the musical stylings and sounds of nature with the Rob Knaggs and his magic. The practice is a sweet slow, intentional moving yoga class with a long meditation designed for tension to melt off of you and to create ease within your mind.

A 40 day retreat, set time aside every day to go inward. It takes 40 days to change a habit, 40 days of adventure, of tuning into your own inner compass, of setting yourself up for a beautiful fall season.
