Compass is a tool to help is orient, to help us in the right direction. Sometimes we get lost, sometimes we need to re-establish and redirect. Inner-compass is a 40 day challenge to do just that and set you up for magic.

Lets go on some adventures, Paddleboarding is a meditative experience and a low impact way to move your body. Come explore and move with a lovely community and feel the beauty of nature. These adventures are 3 hours long and close to the city! Lots of paddling and yoga included
